Knowing your competencies on paper is one thing. Being able to articulate them clearly, confidently, and under pressure in front of an APC panel is another. This series of four focused Q&A sessions is designed to bridge exactly that gap — taking you through every area of your submission in a structured, conversational format that mirrors the real assessment experience.
What's Included
4 Live Q&A Sessions — 90 minutes to 2 hours each
The sessions are structured to cover your full competency landscape, with the typical split as follows:
Session 1 — Mandatory competencies (excluding Ethics)
Sessions 2 & 3 — Core and optional competencies
Session 4 — Ethics, plus any remaining areas that need further attention
That said, the structure is flexible. The exact split across sessions is agreed with you directly, based on your competency mix, your confidence levels, and where you are in your preparation timeline. No two candidates are the same, and the sessions are shaped around you accordingly.
How It Works
Each session is a live, in-depth Q&A — you'll be asked the kinds of questions a panel would ask, and we work through your answers together, identifying where you're strong, where you need to go deeper, and how to frame your experience more effectively. By the end of the four sessions, you will have covered every area of your submission at least once.
