APC Mastery Path Last updated: 1 June 2026

Welcome to APC Mastery Path. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at https://apcmasterypath.co.uk (the "Website") and your purchase of our products and services. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Payments & Refunds Policy, each of which is published separately and forms part of your agreement with us.

1. About us

APC Mastery Path provides APC and SPA preparation resources, courses, and mentorship for professionals pursuing chartered status. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean APC Mastery Path. References to "you" and "your" mean the person accessing the Website or placing an order.

For any queries, contact mohamed_ashour@apcmasterypath.co.uk.

2. Acceptance and changes to these Terms

By accessing the Website you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you access the Website or place an order applies to that visit or order. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from us. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Our products and services

We provide products and services to support candidates preparing for RICS APC and Senior Professional Assessment (SPA), offered through our online store. These include:

  • The APC Essentials Course – a structured digital course covering APC preparation.

  • The SPA Essentials Course – a structured digital course covering SPA preparation.

  • Question sessions packages – mentorship packages addressing candidate questions.

  • Mock interview packages – sessions delivering practice interviews, available individually or as a package.

  • Case Study review packages – review and feedback on a candidate's case study submission.

  • Summary of Experience review packages – review and feedback on a candidate's summary of experience.

For the purposes of these Terms, the courses are Digital Products and the mentorship, session, and review packages are Mentoring Packages. Descriptions and pricing are set out on the relevant product pages.

Descriptions, content, and pricing are provided in good faith. We aim to keep all information accurate but do not warrant that descriptions or other Website content are complete, current, or error-free. We may change or withdraw any product at any time.

Our resources are intended as preparation support and study aids. They do not guarantee any examination result, assessment outcome, or professional qualification, which depend on factors outside our control.

5. Orders, pricing, and payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. A contract is formed once we confirm your order or provide access to the product. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, in which case we will refund any payment taken.

All prices are in GBP unless stated otherwise. We take payment by PayPal, debit and credit cards, and bank transfer. Access to Digital Products and confirmation of Mentoring appointments are provided only once full payment has cleared.

Details of cancellation rights, the digital-product cancellation waiver, and refunds are set out in our Payments & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By purchasing a Digital Product and requesting immediate access, you acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel once the download link has been issued to you.

6. Licence and acceptable use of purchased content

When you buy a course or mentoring materials, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use that content for your own individual study and professional development. This licence is granted to you alone.

You must not:

  • Copy, reproduce, duplicate, or republish our content except as needed for your own personal use;

  • Sell, rent, sub-license, share, or otherwise distribute our content to any other person;

  • Make our content available on any shared drive, group, or platform;

  • Use our content to create a competing product or service;

  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or ownership notices.

Breach of this clause is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in withdrawal of access without refund, in addition to any other remedy available to us.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, APC Mastery Path and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the material on the Website and in our products. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited licence in section 6. The APC Mastery Path name and logo may not be used without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable use of the Website

You agree not to use the Website:

  • To transmit any malicious code, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its servers;

  • To copy, scrape, or harvest content or data except as permitted by these Terms;

  • In any way that damages, disables, or impairs the Website or interferes with another user's use of it.

9. Cookies

The Website uses cookies to help personalise your experience. By accessing the Website you agree to the use of required cookies, which are necessary for the Website to function and do not require consent. You can accept or decline optional cookies. Accepting required cookies may also involve third-party cookies used by services integrated into the Website, such as embedded video. See our Privacy Policy and cookie settings for details.

10. Linking to our content

The following organisations may link to our Website without prior written approval: government agencies; search engines; news organisations; and online directory distributors, in the same manner as they link to other listed businesses.

We may consider link requests from other organisations, including consumer and business information sources, community sites, associations and charities, online directory distributors, internet portals, professional firms, and educational institutions. We will approve a request where we decide that the link would not reflect unfavourably on us, the organisation has no negative record with us, the benefit to us is sufficient, and the link sits in the context of general resource information.

Any approved link must not be deceptive, must not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement, and must fit within the context of the linking party's site. No use of our logo or artwork is permitted for linking without a separate written agreement.

To request a link, email us with your name, organisation, contact details, the URL of your site, the URLs you intend to link from, and the URLs you wish to link to. Please allow 2–3 weeks for a response.

11. Third-party links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Accessing them is at your own risk.

12. Reservation of rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove any link to our Website, and you agree to remove it on request. We may amend these Terms and our linking policy at any time. By continuing to link to or use the Website, you agree to the current Terms.

13. Content liability

We are not responsible for content that appears on your website. You agree to indemnify and defend us against any claim arising from content on your website. No link to our Website should appear on any site that contains material that is libellous, obscene, or criminal, or that infringes or advocates the infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to the Website and its use. We do not warrant that the Website will always be available, error-free, or up to date, or that the information on it is complete or accurate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

15. Limitation of liability

Subject to section 14, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the Website or our products. Our total liability to you in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Our resources are study aids and we accept no liability for examination or assessment outcomes.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

17. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Website and our products.
