What's Included
4 × Q&A Sessions (1 to 1.5 hours each)
Each session is conducted in English, with a professional and exam-focused atmosphere — because that's the environment you need to be comfortable in before the real day arrives.
Session 1 — Ethics & Professional Practice A deep dive into the ethics component of the RICS APC, covering Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3. Expect scenario-based questions, Rules of Conduct challenges, and everything in between. This is the competency that trips up the most candidates — we make sure it doesn't trip you up.
Session 2 — Core & Optional Competencies (Part 1) Focused questioning across Risk Management, Contract Administration, Procurement & Tendering, and Project Financial Control & Cost Reporting. Real, targeted questions designed to test your depth — not just your surface knowledge.
Session 3 — Mandatory Competencies A thorough run-through of all mandatory competencies for the RICS APC Quantity Surveying & Construction pathway — Client Care, Communication & Negotiation, Health & Safety, Business Planning, Data Management, Sustainability, and more. These are foundational, and we make sure your answers reflect that.
Session 4 — Core & Optional Competencies (Part 2) Covering Quantification & Costing of Construction Works, Commercial Management of Construction, Contract Practice, and the remaining core competencies for your pathway. By the end of this session, you will have been questioned across the full breadth of the APC framework.
2 × Full Mock Interviews (approximately 2 hours each)
