APC Submission Review Package — Summary of Experience & Case Study

Your Summary of Experience and Case Study are the foundation of your entire APC submission. Together, they need to evidence the right competencies at the right levels, demonstrate the required depth and breadth of professional experience, and hold up under scrutiny — both on paper and in the interview room. Getting both right on your own is genuinely difficult, and this package puts an experienced eye across both documents in a structured, personalised way.

What's Included

This package covers a combined series of review sessions for your Summary of Experience and your Case Study. The exact number of sessions is agreed between you and Mohamed directly, based on where you currently are and how much work each document needs. As a general guide, most candidates require two to three sessions per document, but this is always tailored to your specific situation rather than a fixed formula.

Each review session focuses on:

For the Summary of Experience:

• Mandatory competency coverage, depth, and level evidencing

• Core and optional competency evidencing and alignment

• CPD record — volume, relevance, and presentation

• Overall coherence and readiness for submission

For the Case Study:

• Alignment with the RICS required format

• Competency coverage and depth, particularly at Level 3

• Soundness and coherence of the project narrative

• Whether the case study is strong enough to withstand interview-level questioning

• Any structural or presentational issues that could undermine an otherwise strong submission

Once you've purchased, Mohamed will be in touch directly to get things moving. If this is your first time working with APC Mastery Path, Mohamed will send a meeting invite for an introductory session to understand where you are and agree on the structure going forward. If you've already been in contact with Mohamed, he'll take care of the scheduling directly and send the relevant invites to your email.
