APC Mastery Path proudly presents an extensive teaching package meticulously designed for professionals seeking competency in the APC areas. Our course encompasses a wide range of core competencies including Construction Technology & Environmental Sciences, Contract Practice, Contract Administration, Cost Reporting, Design Economics and Cost Planning, Final Account, Fluctuation, Lifecycle Costing, Procurement, Quantification & Costing of Construction Works, Tendering, and Value Management.

Additionally, the program covers mandatory competencies such as Accounting Principles & Procedures, Business Planning, Client Care, Communication & Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, Data Management, Diversity, Inclusion & Teamworking, Health and Safety, and Sustainability. An optional module on Risk Management is also included to provide a comprehensive learning experience.

Timeline

The course is structured into 25 in-depth sessions, each lasting 2-3 hours, tailored to the specific topic. With two sessions scheduled per week, the entire course spans 12 weeks, with a possibility of extending an additional week to cater to the evolving needs of the participants.

Payment
